What is your return policy?

LineStein tools has a killer return policy for customers. Since we do not want our tools unused in your shop, if you change you mind after purchase, simply send back (unused and in original packaging) and we will issue a full refund. See Return Policy at the bottom of our page for more details.

How does the Alignment System work?

1. Clamp alignment tool to center of pile cap. Ensure the body of the tool is secured tight against the plate edge.
2. Loop stringline around the screw on the winch drum and turn handle backwards a minimum of 3—4 times to secure line on winch.
3. After tension is set, slide winch drum to the left to lock into place. Then run stringline to opposing alignment tool and repeat steps 1 & 2.

Is there a current patent on your alignment system?

Yes, LineStein tools has patents pending in both Canada and the US. Please see Patents section at the bottom of our page for additional information.
